Texas’s Fort WorthPolice in Fort Worth are looking into a possible murder-suicide that occurred in west Fort Worth on Saturday afternoon.
Around 4:45 p.m., police were summoned to an apartment complex in west Fort Worth, close to the intersection of I-820 and I-30, at the intersection of N Normandale Street and Buckskin Run Street. Police were informed that someone had been shot.
A female victim who looked to have been shot several times was discovered in the parking lot by the time police arrived.
She was very ill when she was brought to the hospital. Later, she passed away in the hospital.
According to investigators, the male suspect was discovered on the North Freeway northbound close to Westport Pkwy at 5:52 p.m. after cops started looking for the alleged gunman.
A chase began when the suspect refused to stop.
According to the police, the suspect finally came to a stop close to 10001 N Fwy. Southbound. According to investigators, the man shot himself. He passed away right there. Arthur Vasquez, 49, has been identified as the individual.
