Two dead, one critically injured in Fort Worth shooting; police search for suspect

Fort WorthLate Thursday night, a shooting occurred in west Fort Worth that left two individuals dead and one seriously injured, according to the police.

The incident happened outside an apartment building close to I-30 in the 2800 block of Broadmoor Drive shortly before ten o’clock at night.

When officers arrived on the site, they discovered that three victims had been shot. At the site, one person was declared dead.

According to investigators, two males approached the automobile where the first victim was riding with another individual. Three men opened fire at that point, and the unidentified suspect inside the vehicle escaped on foot.

At the site, one victim passed away. One of the two other victims passed away after being brought to a neighboring hospital. The third victim’s status is still critical.

Police are still investigating in order to ascertain the facts and motivation behind the incident.
