President Donald Trump, Masayoshi Son of SoftBank, Sam Altman of OpenAI, and Larry Ellison of Oracle introduced a new company called Stargate at the White House on Tuesday.
The three major companies have partnered and agreed to invest up to $500 billion to develop more sophisticated artificial intelligence infrastructure.
