Texas’s RichardsonAccording to a recent research, a number of North Texas cities rank among the top in the nation for both young people and the wealthy.
In order to compile a list of the top 50 cities for millennials (those between the ages of 25 and 44) earning more than $150,000 annually, GOBankingRates examined a number of facts.
The data comes from a variety of sources, including Zillow, FBI crime statistics, and the U.S. Census.
Cities were rated according on their potential, cost of living, and livability.
The number one city in North Texas on the list was Richardson (18). The city’s ranking on the list was aided by its low crime rate.
The top 50 was also broken by Denton (19), Dallas (28), Irving (34) and Lewisville (46).
Other Texas cities that made the list were Odessa (41) and Austin (8).
The top three cities on the list were Santa Clara, California, Jersey City, New Jersey, and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
