The Robinson Family
Clara and Will Robinson
The Robinson family’s four rescued members have returned to their hometown of Durant, Oklahoma.
At Durant High School, Will Robinson coached girls’ basketball.
What they’re saying:
Because of his support and patience, his players swore they would never forget him.
“We would play a game and we would lose and the way he would talk to us in the locker room afterward, you would think that we’d won,” Rachel Cordell stated. “He was just always so encouraging and uplifting and he wasn’t afraid to tell you what you could do to get better.”
They also claimed that he and Clara, who frequently went by C.J., had a remarkable bond.
The high school girls basketball coach who died in Sherman, Texas while attempting to save his kids is remembered by his current and previous players as being upbeat and cheerful. He would have done anything, so the saying goes, to save his daughters.
According to Emeri Morse, “they were definitely two peas in a pod.” “They were at practice, always together, and C.J. would just run up to him or ask for snacks.”
“The Robinson family and all of the first responders who have been involved in this search have received love and support from everyone. We are grateful for your support and involvement over the last two and a half weeks, which has inspired us all,” the Sherman Police Department stated in a recent update. “Please remember the Robinson family in your prayers and thoughts. They are the most important thing.
