DALLAS: A teen is charged after a girl is discovered shot in a Dallas vehicle crash.
After shooting a teenage girl in a Dallas automobile, a 17-year-old is currently incarcerated.
The Backstory: According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting took place in a parking lot close to the intersection of Justice Lane and Timberglen Road on Monday night at approximately 11 p.m.
Frank Pachecho, 17, the suspect, is accused of attempting to drive the victim to the hospital before crashing on Dallas Parkway close to Trinity Mills Road.
Keysi Delgado, 15, was discovered by responding police with a gunshot wound to the stomach.
After being brought to a neighboring hospital, she passed away from her wounds.

In Dallas, police received a report regarding an automobile that had wrecked on the side of a freeway ramp. Officers found a young adolescent girl who had been shot in the stomach inside the vehicle.

According to the witness, as they were loitering in a parking lot, Pachecho produced a revolver and started to play with it.
According to reports, Pachecho turned to face Delgado, who was seated in the backseat, when the gun went off.
“The suspect acknowledged that he had played with the gun and that it had unintentionally gone off, but he claimed that he had given it to [Delgado] and that it had gone off when she attempted to return it. According to the affidavit, the witness in the car claimed that he personally saw the revolver in the suspect’s hand when it was shot, but he never seen the suspect hand [Delgado] the handgun.
Pachecho and the witness started driving in the direction of the hospital as soon as they knew Delgado had been struck.
On the route to the hospital, however, Pachecho lost control of the car and collided with a concrete wall.
According to investigators, he attempted to conceal the gun before police came, but it was eventually located and taken back.
What’s Next: Manslaughter charges have been brought against Pachecho.
