Southlake, TexasAccording to Southlake police, a 19-year-old who was arrested last month for causing a collision and shooting a firearm close to Southlake Town Square was so hostile that he needed to be medicated and restrained.
Bystanders can be seen running as gunshots strike the ground just behind them in surveillance footage taken the morning of the shooting.
When cops brought Sean Jordan into custody, he reportedly put up quite a fight. He made several attempts to bite cops. In order to calm him down, they had to confine him and even give him a tranquilizer.

A number of people reported a gold van going in the wrong direction close to the town square to Southlake police on the morning of November 22.
Before the driver exited the van and began shooting, it collided with many vehicles. The ruckus was filmed by a nearby jewelry store’s security camera.
Wild footage of a shooting in Southlake on Friday morning was captured by security cameras outside Markham Fine Jewelers. According to the police, the suspect was taken into custody and no one was harmed.
Calls regarding a multi-vehicle collision were received, according to court records FOX 4 acquired on Monday.
Jordan, 19, is seen chasing another man with a rifle in responding officer’s dash and body camera footage.
Jordan shot the weapon, according to the police. After firing back, the cop radioed back that shots had been fired and crouched behind a truck.
The officer then said to another police, “He nearly shot me.”
Jordan remained aggressive during the arrest, according to the police.
Jordan reportedly unbuckled his seatbelt and attempted to kick open the door after being put in the back of a police car.
According to court filings, Jordan reportedly “attempted to bite a sergeant and kick officers.”
Jordan was accompanied to jail in the backseat by an officer who held his arms to prevent him from unbuckling his seatbelt.
According to police, Jordan fought officers once again when he was in the jail and “had to be restrained to a chair for his safety and ours.”
