At the junction of Weatherford Street and Burnett Street, the Mustang finally collided with a gray Nissan.

The Mustang’s female passenger and male driver were arrested.

The Nissan driver is expected to live despite being sent to a local hospital for treatment.

Weatherford Street has reopened after being closed for cleanup and inquiry.
