SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash – In a coordinated effort between the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) and Spokane Valley Police, law enforcement successfully apprehended Andrew Miller, 37, on the evening of July 9. Miller wanted for first-degree trafficking in stolen property and facing misdemeanor warrants, was located at an apartment complex in the 2900 block of North Cherry Lane.
The search for Miller began around 7:45 p.m., prompted by his outstanding charges in Spokane County. Deputies, assisted by local authorities, swiftly located Miller without incident by approximately 9 p.m. Following his arrest, Miller was transported and booked into Spokane County Jail to face charges locally.
In addition to his local charges, Miller is subject to extradition to Idaho, where he faces a felony burglary charge. He remains held as a fugitive from justice pending further legal proceedings.
