A multi-person altercation in Fort Worth on Monday resulted in the shooting death of a man.

In the 700 block of Anthony Street in south Fort Worth, police were called to a shooting incident.
Officers discovered a man who had been shot in the torso. After being brought to a nearby hospital, he passed away.
The victim and a number of other people were involved in a physical altercation, investigators concluded. An anonymous suspect produced a firearm during the altercation and shot the victim at least once.
