Texas’s Cockrell HillFor an alleged road rage incident that occurred in Cockrell Hill earlier this month, a man from North Texas is being charged.

According to Cockrell Hill police, the incident occurred on January 14 at approximately 7:20 p.m. at W. Jefferson Boulevard and S. Cockrell Hill Road.
After claiming that an aggressive driver had drawn a gun and started shooting at his car, the victim dialed 911.
The victim was unharmed and was able to provide the license plate number and description of the suspect’s car to the dispatchers.
Using that information, the police were able to identify the culprit as Victor Martinez Rubio, a 25-year-old Dallas resident.
According to authorities, Martinez Rubio confessed to the shooting when they questioned him.
