She claims that after arguing with her buddy, she made the decision to go home less than half a mile away.

The woman paused on the front leasing office curb to rest after telling officers she was intoxicated and frequently stumbled on her way home.

According to the affidavit, the woman claimed that an officer came up to her and introduced himself as “Officer Charles,” asking whether she was alright.
