Klyde Warren Park tree lighting ceremony on Saturday

DallasOn Saturday, Klyde Warren Park in Dallas will be filled with the joy of the holidays.

At a special ceremony, the 52-foot-tall tree in the park will be illuminated.

Live music, food trucks, and a plethora Christmas activities, such as pictures with Santa and storytime with Mrs. Claus, are all features of this free, family-friendly event.

The Mayor’s tree will be lit by Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson at 6 p.m.

There are 3,836 decorations and 37,500 lights on this year’s tree.

Until January 7, 2025, the tree will continue to burn.

Additionally, Klyde Warren Park will gather cans for the North Texas Food Bank during the festivities.
