It all began on Friday when a 911 call was placed from inside the Westworth Village Walmart.
A dispatcher was informed by the female caller that she had been abducted. According to her, the suspect was in the parking lot in a white van with Wisconsin license plates.
Officers noticed a white van that fit that description leave as they got to the store.

When White Settlement police officers saw the vehicle on southbound Highway 183 at a red light, they turned on their sirens and lights.
A chase began when the suspect fled at a fast pace.
At the junction of Camp Bowie Boulevard and Alta Mere Drive, the suspect struck a van and a pickup truck after running two red lights.
However, the pursuit didn’t stop there.
“He obviously doesn’t care what he’s doing, so that didn’t stop him. He’s attempting to escape. After the collision, he exits the van and begins to run on foot. went through a few eateries. eventually crosses Camp Bowie Boulevard again and tries to scale a fence to enter another property,” stated White Settlement Police Chief Chris Cook.
While two more cops arrived to assist in cuffing and arresting the guy, body camera footage shows an officer stun him.
“I’m just thankful our police were there when they were needed and that he was stopped because his aim was to flee as quickly as possible after realizing the woman had managed to escape his van. “He was going to try to leave,” Chief Cook stated.
The suspect, Reginald Jameson, 52, was taken into custody at the Tarrant County jail.
According to Chief Cook, the abducted woman seemed to be doing well. She claimed that since Sunday, she had been detained without her will.
Jameson struck a family in a van, causing non-life-threatening injuries.
Jameson was wanted in Wisconsin for a family violence case and has a long criminal history.
He is currently being charged with kidnapping, among other new offenses.
