How to prepare grilled fish tacos on corn tortillas with shaved cabbage, sautéed onions, rbol chile salsa, and hot cilantro sauce:

Components:


  • Fresh Salmon – 16 ounces

  • Chile de rbol 4 ounces (seeds and tops removed)

  • 1 cup whole garlic bulbs

  • Canola oil 2 cups

  • Kosher salt 1/2 cup

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic and rbol peppers until fragrant.2. Use a blender to combine all the ingredients until they are smooth, then set aside.3. Add the fish to a hot frying pan with canola oil and cook it after rubbing it in the chile de rbol salsa. About eight minutes.4. Drizzle with the remaining salsa and serve with warm corn or flour tortillas. Add sesame seeds and slices of avocado as garnish.
