Texas’s North Richland HillsFollowing a fatal shooting in North Richland Hills on Wednesday night, three suspects have been taken into custody.

Just before 11 p.m., according to the police, a car stopped in the middle of Stonybrooke Drive and several bullets were fired from handguns at a residence.

One of the shots struck 52-year-old Brian Pence, who was sleeping at the time, after passing through a window.

After being brought to the hospital, Pence was declared dead.

According to North Richland Hills police, two individuals were taken into custody early on Saturday, November 30, with assistance from Fort Worth police. After being stopped by Fort Worth Police Department, a third suspect was taken into custody on Sunday afternoon.
