Saturday will be overcast and perhaps rainy, and Sunday will bring showers as well.

Saturday Weather: Cool temps, rain

Overcast skies will keep our colder temps in place as Gulf moisture moves north.

Before they drop again into the upper 40s in the late afternoon and evening, we anticipate seeing highs close to 50.

In the morning, there was sporadic light rain, but by the afternoon, everything appeared to be saturated.

On Saturday night, there may be sporadic rain, drizzle, or fog, but the rain should be consistent until after sunset.

Sunday Weather: Showers Early

On Sunday morning, the storm’s highest reaches will pass through.

Another round of rains and maybe some rumbles will result from it, particularly from the I-35 corridor to the east.

By midday, the Metroplex should be free of that rain, and by mid-afternoon, the rain should stop in our eastern counties.

We anticipate highs in the 50s to the east, the low 60s in the Metroplex, and the 60s out west.
