Is DART running tomorrow?
We know:
For at least 48 hours, Wednesday will be Dallas’s final dry day. On Thursday, snow and a wintry mix will pour into the region.
“The city, people, and DART will work together to ensure that people have safe transportation,” DART Spokesperson Jasmyn Carter stated.
DART transportation stations will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. starting Thursday.
DART had to contend with snow and ice on roads, railroads, and train terminals between 2023 and 2024.
According to Carter, they are ready to clear those locations, but travelers should be ready for any delays.

What is unknown to us:
It is still unknown when routes may be affected. Additionally, it’s uncertain if DART will halt any services if the roads become too hazardous.
“It depends on the circumstances. People want to get to work and get home, so we want to maintain the status quo. However, that depends on the circumstances,” Carter stated. “Our DART community includes the homeless population. We have added shelters that anybody may visit on our DART website and GoPass, but our warming centers are for our passengers.
According to DART, weather updates will be available on its app and online. For the most recent information, users without internet access can contact DART at 214-979-1111.
