DALLAS—A man who was shot and murdered before five o’clock on Saturday morning has been identified by Dallas Police.
Off of John Carpenter Freeway, next to Regal Row, in the 9000 block of Soverign Row, police were called to a gunshot.
Investigators think an unidentified suspect shot Joseph Ortega, age 21.
Ortega passed away right there.
The probe is still going on.
