According to Andrew, after bringing the vehicle back to the curb, they went to Tyler White’s SUV to get a cable.

“I look up and this is the SUV, you could see it like revved up, coming at a high speed in the rain,” he said.

According to Arlington police, 31-year-old Tyler was struck and killed by a speeding BMW.

Andrew wants to tell the driver something.

“Just as you caused detrimental hardship to our families, you did to yours as well,” he continued.

The name of the driver of the BMW has not been released yet.

Arlington police say Tyler did have his hazard lights on at the time of the crash.
