DALLAS—An abdominal strain has forced Dallas Mavericks forward Anthony Davis to miss Tuesday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Anthony Davis ruled out Tuesday

The Mavs’ comeback in the deal for Luka Don I was led by Davis.

The scratch on Tuesday is hardly shocking.

Davis had missed the previous two Lakers games due to an abdominal issue before the deal.

Nico Harrison, the general manager of the Mavericks, described the injury as minor during a press conference on Sunday.

Because of the deal, new Maverick Max Christie is listed as questionable for Tuesday’s game.
