We know:
It took place shortly before 8 a.m.
Emergency personnel and the fire department close the highway.
Additionally, there is a building zone there.
Until the situation is cleaned up, all drivers must stay away from the area.
Fuel is being dumped into the highway by the fuel tanker.
Due to cleanup, this closure is anticipated to continue past noon.
