We know:
Fort Worth Police arrested Koby Burkhart on Monday for murder.
He is charged with shooting Ricky Langs, 62, on Loop 820 on January 27, 2025.
On January 27, at approximately 7 p.m., police received a call about a dark automobile that was obstructing a northbound lane on Loop 820 right before the Meadowbrook exit.
When police arrived, they discovered Langs shot and unconscious in the driver’s seat. Later, a hospital declared him dead.

According to family relatives, Langs complained about someone driving closely behind him on the phone just minutes before the shooting.
