Prior to the actual debut of the new system, the Japanese gaming behemoth planned special events in Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York.

We know:
From April 25 to April 27, Dallas’ Embarcadero Building in Fair Park will host the Dallas Nintendo Switch 2 event.
People will be able to try the new system firsthand at the event.
On Friday, January 17, ticket registration will open at 2:00 p.m. The deadline for registration is January 26 at 11:59 p.m.
To get in, you need a free Nintendo account.
Random selection will be used to choose the winners.

Nintendo Switch 2 Features
Nintendo has released a new promotional film that features the upcoming console.
It resembles the present Switch in appearance, however it is slightly bigger.
Instead of sliding in, the Joy-Cons, or controllers for the system, are attached to the side of the main unit.
Both digital and physical games made for the original Switch will be compatible with the Switch 2.

Nintendo has only stated that the Switch 2 will be available in 2025 at this time.
