Texas’ ArlingtonIn the parking lot of an apartment building in Arlington, a 19-year-old guy who survived the 2021 school shooting at Timberview High School in Mansfield was shot and died Monday night.

We know:

Just before 6 p.m. on Monday, police were called to the shooting scene in the 2400 block of Laurelwood Drive.

Officers discovered the victim, who had been shot, lying in the parking lot. After being brought to a local hospital, he passed away there.

It was determined that Zacchaeus Selby-Mukum, 19, was the victim.

Just before gunshots were heard, witnesses claimed to have heard an argument.

Police have not disclosed any information regarding a suspect or suspects, and no arrests have been made.

Twelve years in jail have been imposed on a former Timberview High School student who opened fire in a classroom, wounding three people.

Prosecutors claimed throughout the trial that Simpkins and Selby got into a violent fight in the classroom.

Then, after removing a revolver from his waistband, Simpkins shot the student who had attacked him. After Selby fell to the floor in the hallway, he was shot twice more.

According to reports, a teenager who was wounded at Arlington’s Timberview High School a few weeks ago is no longer in the hospital.

A teacher, another student, and Selby were hurt, but they all made it out alive.

During Simpkins’ trial, Selby provided testimony.
