Eagle Pass, Texas:Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, unveiled a new campaign to combat illegal immigration in the state.
Abbott declared that in order to alert migrants to the risks associated with crossing the border, dozens of billboards will be erected throughout Mexico and Central America.
“Your daughter and wife will use their bodies to cover the cost of the vacation. Coyotes tell lies. One of the billboards states, “Don’t endanger your family.”

More than 40 billboards will be erected along the Texas-Mexico border as well as in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico, according to the governor’s office. On Wednesday, the first billboards in the about $100,000 campaign went up.
Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, and Russian will all be displayed on the billboards.
At Eagle Pass’s Wall Ranch, the governor made the announcement.
Kimberly and Martin Wall claim that on their property, women who were attempting to enter the country illegally were sexually abused.
“It makes you terrified to go out of your own house and enjoy your own property,” Kimberly Wall said. “You have no idea whether one of the men hidden in the brush will assault you. Everybody wants to live a better life.
Wall claimed that coyotes had sexually attacked a woman and hung their clothes on a tree, and Governor Abbott spoke beside the burning tree.

Gov. Abbott also discussed President-elect Donald Trump’s border policies during the visit.
According to the governor, Trump intends to build more wall along the border and will start deportations on day one.
“We’d be more than happy to build the wall as long as the federal government pays for it,” Abbott stated.
According to Abbott, Texas would collaborate closely with the Trump administration to address the border problems.
