A Fort Worth police officer was dismissed for hurting a lady while making an arrest.
At 3:26 a.m. on June 23rd, Officer Matthew Krueger was among the cops who responded to a hit-and-run accident on Foch Street.
According to Fort Worth police, a suspected drunk driver struck a building and another car before fleeing on foot.
A woman came up and started filming officers on her phone while they were looking into a collision.
Several times, Krueger urged the woman to cross the street so that police could secure the area, but she refused. The woman was then arrested by Krueger.

The woman was taken into custody by Krueger using force during the arrest. For treatment, the woman needed to be brought to the hospital.
The woman was later accused of filing a false alarm or report, resisting arrest, and interfering with her official duties.
Following an investigation by the Fort Worth Police Major Case and Internal Affairs Units, Krueger was moved to a position that did not include contact with the public.
Officer Krueger’s use of force was deemed “unjustified” and against department policy following the arrest inquiry.
Neil Noakes, the chief of police in Fort Worth, dismissed Krueger from the force after agreeing with the assessment.
Krueger had been with Fort Worth Police for less than eight years when the incident occurred, and he was a member of the Patrol Bureau.
