After a lady called to report an attack, officers arrived at Cypress View Villas on Atwood Court at around two in the morning on Saturday.

Dispatchers are heard in the video informing the responding officers that the man who is suspected of the attack is armed and will shoot them when they get there.

Two children were inside the house when the event occurred, according to the officers.

The apartment door is open when the officers arrive, and they can be heard beckoning one of the kids inside to come outside.

The mom and the two kids managed to escape, according to the police.

The man is shown on tape being told to put down his gun by officers.
