Texas’ ArlingtonTwo shootings on Saturday are thought to have been committed by the same set of suspects, according to Arlington police.

An apartment building on Deer Creek Drive, next to E Park Row Drive, was the scene of the initial shooting.

Shortly after 1:30 a.m., a 32-year-old woman was shot at the apartment.

Officers were informed by the woman’s boyfriend that several young males knocked on the door and inquired about a man who didn’t reside there. The gang started arguing with the guy. One of the males took out a revolver and began shooting at the flat after the boyfriend ordered the group to leave and went to fetch a bat.

When police arrived to a parking lot on Little Road, next to Highway 287, they discovered a 34-year-old male inside a parked car who had been shot.

Officers were told by a lady who was with the man when the shooting occurred that a car, which is thought to be the Honda Civic from the Deer Creek Drive incident, blocked them as they were getting into the car.

One of the four individuals who exited the car held a gun at the pair and ordered them to do so. Shortly later, the 34-year-old was hit by gunfire.

Humberto Barajas, 20, was arrested and charged with two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of aggravated robbery in the Arlington City Jail. Due to his age, the authorities did not reveal the identity of the other suspect, who was a minor. In addition, he was charged with one count of aggravated robbery and two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Eventually, officers discovered that the Honda Civic had collided on Browning Drive. The 17-year-old Angel Barajas was taken into custody when it was thought that he was inside the car. He was accused of one count of aggravated robbery, two charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of evading arrest.

According to Arlington police, they are still trying to find and identify a fourth suspect.
