DallasTwo youngsters who went missing after allegedly being kidnapped in East Texas have been located safely.
What We Know: Following a tip, police on Friday afternoon located Legend Sanford, age 3, and Kannon O. Neal, age 4, at a residence in Tyler, Texas, at approximately 1:30 p.m.
According to reports, they are safe and will soon be reunited with their loved ones.
The Backstory The brothers vanished from a Tyler apartment complex on South Park Drive at approximately 10 p.m. on Thursday.
Legend wore pajamas from Paw Patrol. Kannon was dressed in black sweatpants with red and blue stripes and a black top.
