DALLAS—A man who had been shot was discovered at the New Generation Baptist Church in the southern area of Dallas at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.
The church is located in the southern portion of Dallas, in the 8800 block of South Lancaster Road, which is off of I-20 and North Dallas Ave.
According to the police, the man passed away after being brought to the hospital.
The New Generation Baptist Church’s social media pages state that both the livestream and the church services scheduled for December 8 have been canceled.
According to police, the investigation is still underway and no arrests have been made.
The deceased man’s identify is still unknown.
