DALLAS—UPDATE: According to Dallas police, 10-year-old Dallas Rose is safe.

Police in Dallas seek assistance in locating a 10-year-old child who has gone missing.

Around 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Dallas Rose was last seen in Richardson, near the 1200 block of Richland Park Drive.

According to reports, she walked out of the area.

Police searched that area before noon on Friday, according to SKY 4 images.

Because of her age, police are classifying the kid as a critical missing person. They said she could require help.

According to the description, Rose is approximately 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 80 pounds, and has brown and black hair.

When she vanished, she was sporting blue jeans, black and blue Air Force Ones, and a black or dark blue sweatshirt.
