TEXAS: According to the FBI, a Texas man who created child pornography between 2017 and 2024 was apprehended.

Agents from the FBI Dallas Field Office in San Angelo made the arrest of 48-year-old Christopher Lynn Driskill last week in Texas.

The criminal complaint states that Driskill and his parents were residing in Coleman, Texas. Abilene is to the south of Coleman.

A witness reported child molestation to the Coleman Police Department in September.

A prosecution complaint claims that Driskill confessed to abusing a Coleman child while intoxicated, according to a person he was seeing.

Driskill denied sexually molesting a youngster during a police interview. The complaint claims that during the child’s interview with state investigators, they did not cry out.

According to court records, police had to close the investigation since there was insufficient evidence and no public outcry at the time.

The FBI filmed the conversation with Driskill in September and submitted still photos from the video to a database.

But in a different investigation that began two months prior, the FBI was able to charge Driskill thanks to the tattoos that were visible in the video.

The FBI was alerted earlier this year to footage of a gang of guys sexually abusing a young boy. On July 27 and 29, they were uploaded to the dark web by an unidentified person.

A young boy’s face and the faces of at least one of three unidentified men may be seen in the videos. According to the court filings, the guys engaged in obscene behaviors in the video.

According to the criminal complaint, authorities were able to match Driskill’s appearance to one of the guys in the dark web movies by using his social media posts.

Additionally, the complaint demonstrates that Driskill’s tattoos matched those of a guy in the pornographic material that was produced. His driver’s license photo matched his facial markings as well.

Among those tattoos was the phrase “cast no stones.”

Unrelated to this case is Richard Roper, a former U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Texas.

“I think this is an excellent example of the FBI working with local law enforcement to connect the dots to really bring a very, very serious perpetrator to justice,” he stated. “Because if you hadn t had that cooperation, this guy would still be out there.”

Driskill appeared in court for the first time on Tuesday. He may spend up to 30 years in federal prison if found guilty.
