Dallas ISD school bus involved in multi-vehicle crash

DALLAS—After schools were dismissed on Monday, a Dallas ISD school bus was engaged in what looks to be a multi-vehicle collision.

Around 4 p.m., a collision occurred on Northwest Highway close to Jupiter Road.

Although Dallas ISD has not provided any details, SKY 4’s footage seems to indicate that the bus skidded off the road.

The bus had no significant external damage, however it appeared to have damage to its middle set of tires. A tow truck was being connected to it.

At least two other automobiles seem to have been engaged. The front ends were damaged on both.

Whether any pupils were on the bus when it crashed is unknown. Furthermore, it’s unclear if anyone was harmed.

Dallas ISD has been contacted by FOX 4 for additional details.
