Caspian Swinney, 26, reportedly called 911 to tell that he had shot a man outside his house and was sheltering inside with his father, according to the police.

Oscar Lopez, a 26-year-old father of two small children, was named as the victim.

Lopez’s wife and kids were home when he was killed, according to the police.

After a few minutes, officers discovered Lopez laying in a driveway, having been shot several times. At the scene, he was declared dead.
