Angel Barajas, 17, Ja Tavies Jones, 17, and Humberto Barajas, 20, are among the suspects. The identity of the fourth suspect has not been made public because he is a minor.
They are charged with shooting Juan Sosa, 34, to death on Sunday. On Wednesday, he passed away in the hospital.
The Backstory:
Around three in the morning on Sunday, police discovered Sosa slouched in a car in a parking lot on Little Road close to Highway 287.
Officers were informed by a woman who was with him when the shooting occurred that a Honda Civic pulled up behind them as they were getting into the vehicle.
One of the four individuals that exited the Civic brandished a gun at the pair and ordered them to do so. They fired shots, and Sosa was hit.

Three of the four suspects thought to be connected to two different shootings on Saturday have been taken into custody, according to Arlington police.
After getting back into the Civic, the suspects took off.
To obtain a detailed description of the Civic, investigators used security cameras and witness statements.
Later that morning, officers saw it and what looked to be a Lincoln Town Car pursuing it. The Civic drove off when they attempted to stop the two vehicles.
Humberto and the young suspect exited the Town Car as it came to a stop. They were both taken into custody.
Shortly after, the Civic crashed on Browning Drive. Angel was taken into custody by police at a nearby apartment complex.
The fourth suspect, Jones, was subsequently located and taken into custody.
Since then, police have discovered that the Town Car was taken in Grand Prairie and the Civic was reported stolen from Dallas.
An earlier gunshot at an apartment complex in Arlington that injured a lady and a dog was also linked to the Civic and the four suspects.
According to Arlington Police Spokesperson Alex Rosado, “the speed at which they were committing these violent crimes is unprecedented.”
The Timeline:
At 9:45 p.m. on December 14, it was reported that a Honda Civic had been stolen from Dallas. The young males allegedly took the car before fleeing, according to the police.
The four suspects were involved in a shooting at an apartment complex on Deer Creek Drive in Arlington on December 15 at 1:30 a.m. The young men knocked on their door and inquired for a man who didn’t live there, according to a woman and her boyfriend. The gang started arguing with the guy. One of the males took out a gun and began shooting at the flat as the other man went to fetch a bat. A gunshot skimmed a dog, and the woman was struck in the arm. It is anticipated that both will be well. The Civic was used to escape the accused.
Dec. 15 at 3 a.m.: Four suspects in a Civic attempted to carjack Juan Sosa, 34, and killed him approximately 12 miles from the initial shooting location.
At 4:20 a.m. on December 15, the trio allegedly stole a Lincoln Town Car from a Grand Prairie resident.
Patrol officers saw the Civic and Town Car in the 1600 block of Parkway Lane on December 15 around 5 a.m. The Town Car stopped, but the Civic drove off. Humberto Barajas, age 20, and a male minor were arrested.
On December 15, just after five in the morning, a Civic crashed in the 2100 block of Browning Drive, and 17-year-old Angel Barajas was taken into custody at a nearby apartment building.
Dec. 18: Sosa passed away in the hospital from his wounds. All four suspects were subsequently issued arrest warrants for capital murder and aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon by detectives.
Dec. 19: Jones, 17, was found and taken into custody in Arlington by the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force.

“That day, they wanted to steal automobiles. They carried on shooting people in the face and stealing their automobiles all night long, despite having already shot a woman and a dog earlier in the evening, Rosado added. “They really left a wake of terror in the metroplex over the weekend, and I m glad we have them finally in custody.”
According to the police, their investigation is still underway.
