DallasWhile hospitals throughout the region celebrated the birth of the year’s first newborns, North Texas rang in 2025 with fireworks and midnight toasts.

At 1:42 a.m., Little Michael Tripp Albaugh was born at Baylor Scott and White All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth.
Both Kimberley and baby Michael Tripp Albaugh are doing well and are in good health.
His parents, Michael and Kimberley, said that their firstborn arrived on January 14 ahead of schedule.
The new family anticipates a lot of learning and exciting new adventures in the upcoming year.

“There is no better way to begin the new year than with a completely different existence that we will bring home with us. In addition to a new year, we also have a new young man to teach us entirely new things. Discuss your resolutions for the upcoming year. We don’t require it. We’re simply going to figure it out because everything will be new to us,” Kimberley Gonzalez, mom, said.
Despite bearing his father’s name, baby Michael is not a junior. According to the family, they are continuing the custom of having a distinct middle name with a common letter T initial and passing down the name without it.
Christoper Bennett, Amy’s brother, weighed seven pounds, and Amy Brynn weighed five pounds, five ounces.

At 2:46 a.m., Midlothian residents Hailey Guerra and Ra’von Robinson, who were first-time parents, welcomed a baby girl, Alayah Kaylani Robinson, to Methodist Mansfield Medical Center.
